Having worked in advertising & then sustainability consulting where I was responsible for a global team, I’ve experienced first-hand how stress, anxiety, over work & overwhelm can lead to burnout.
Now as a yoga therapist and with increasing scientific evidence to support the body-brain connection, I am advocating for a holistic approach to wellness in the workplace and have developed a number of workshops that follow my MOVE | BREATHE | REST | CONNECT | PLAY framework for holistic health.
