It’s about our ability to meet the change and to adapt, finding a new route to equilibrium.
But when we're stressed and overwhelmed, we find ourselves following old strategies because they feel safe and have more predictable outcomes, even though our gut may be telling us that we need to try something new or take a different path.
The world won’t change if we don’t. And we can.
Resilience is not simply something we are born with. It’s a skill that can be learned and cultivated.
