Group yoga classes aim to offer a more therapeutic approach vs. generic yoga classes, whilst being more affordable than one-to-one yoga therapy consultations.

Each class has a specific focus: MOVE | BREATHE | REST | CONNECT | PLAY

Based on the Panchamaya koshas or five layers of being, we start with the physical (that which we can see, feel & touch) on the outside, and then like peeling back the layers of an onion move inwards through the more subtle layers - energetic, mental/emotional, intuition & joy.

In Sanskrit these layers are called koshas which translates as “sheaths” and taken together these five sheaths or Panchamaya koshas form a holistic model for health and wellbeing. To be well we need to pay attention to ALL five layers and illness manifesting in one layer may be due to an imbalance in another.

All classes are online and will be recorded so if you’re unable to join the live session you can make it up in your own time (or do it all over again!). And feel free to roll out of bed and practice in your pj’s ‘less orderly’ style - its not about getting it ‘right’ but rather feeling into your body’s needs day by day and moment by moment.

Payment options include: per class, 5 x class pass (valid for 3 months), or a monthly subscription including all classes and a 15 minute one-to-one consultation should you have any questions about your practice or otherwise.
